First Course (Choice)

Tomato and watermelon gazpacho soup (vegetarian) or

Salted Cod quenelles, chickpea olive oil emulsion or

Mixed Seasonal Greens, fresh fruit tossed with balsamic vinaigrette (vegetarian) or
