Dear Staff Members / Chiado Guests / Suppliers and Community
With the increasing prevalence of COVID-19, I wanted to update you on the measures we should take as a business to ensure the safety and well being of our guests and employees, and everyone concerned.
We should and must take the advice of WHO (World Health Organization) to ensure we are taking extra precautionary measures to keep our restaurant safe.
We have more than ever before upheld the highest possible hygiene standards and constantly and closely communicating with our staff members to ensure that our guests could continue to dine with confidence.
Hospitality is about people gathering and enjoying good food and wonderful company, warm service, however we are at difficult times and gatherings are to be avoided, we are going to follow the direction given to us but really already previously anticipated by our management team and we will be temporarily closed.
The health of our guests and employees is our highest priority.
We will look for ways to serve you outside of our dinning rooms and will keep you informed as things develop.
I regret sincerely that we are in dire straights but we should remain calm, kind, caring, helpful, humble and try to go through this with dignity and responsibility.
